Rectangle has 4 sides, with 2 shorter sides of same length, another 2 longer sides also same length.

So the perimeter will be

(2 x shorter side length) + (2 x longer side length)

= (2 x 7 inch) + ( 2 x 9 1/2 inch)

= 14 inch + (2 x 19/2) inch
= 14 inch + 19 inch
= 33 inches
= 2.75 ft
= 2 ft 9 in
