I think we must stop eating sweet food or drinking soft drinks .We must eat more vegetables and fruits.
We should also try to exercise for at least three times every week so that you can stay fit and healthy. Also, we must drink more than eight cups of water per day. Besides that, we should also eat more fruits so that our body will become healthy and easy to defecate. Then, we can also sometimes go to the gym for some fitness activities.
Hope our body can stay healthy.
