The answer I get is D.But why the answer sheet says the correct answer is C?

PV=PV
(90m+10m)(V)=(x+10m)(4V)
100mV=(x+10m)(4V)
x+10m=100mV/4V
x+10m=25m
x=15m
The pressure must be pressure of atmosphere + the height of the bubble
