My Birthday Party
My birthday is on June 5th. This year, I decided to celebrate it with some of my close friends and family. I was really excited because I love spending time with the people I care about, and of course, I love birthday cake too!
A few days before my birthday, I started planning the party. I made a guest list and invited my friends. My parents helped me get everything ready. We bought snacks, drinks, and a big chocolate cake — my favorite. I also put up some decorations like balloons and lights in the living room.
On the day of the party, my friends came over in the afternoon. We played games, listened to music, and took lots of pictures. One of my friends even surprised me with a handmade gift, which I loved. Later, everyone sang Happy Birthday, and I blew out the candles and made a wish.
I had a great time at my birthday party. It wasn’t very big or fancy but full of fun and laughter. I’m thankful to everyone who came and made my day special. I’ll never forget this birthday.
