什么时候用Will be？

Question 1

However,trendier hair salons and beauty shops will normally be open, especially in shopping malls and in cities.

-我知道will be加名词

比如：I will be a teacher

-will be 加分词（被动句）

比如：The park will be restored（restore的分词）

但是这里的open不是分词，却用will be

这是为什么呢？

"Will normally be open" 这里的 open 是 adjective，所以才可以那么用。
